I visited posb waterway and I was served by Staffs Josephine it was closing time. I have problem on my internet banking and paylah since I cannot access i try so many time bit doesn't work. Ms josephine is very patient and take extra effort to solve my request. Her service is excellent even though it takes so much of her time . She put effort to fix my problem. Her service surpass my expectation . She even greeted me with smile as if I'm her first customer in the morning .
