I would like to compliment the staff called : Jermaine Poh is very professional and efficient, she is very knowledgeable at what she is doing and patient at the same time, Always be early because the queue takes a long time, I’ve been here a few times to open accounts and to unfreeze my account due to suspicious activities on my credit card, always take around 1 hour of wait till my number was called, but it’s okay cause the counter staffs are patient and professional, sometimes I even saw them helping elderly with their new account settings at the ATM outside, they are sincere and kind, hope this great services and professionalism maintain.

I would like to praise, compliment and thank Joyce Ong for her expertise and efficiency. She went the extra mile to understand what my request was for, and assisted swiftly and provided exactly what I needed. She’s an asset to the bank. Thank you so much Joyce and OCBC.

Derrick Tan service is very fast and efficient. He is able to help me with everything at the tip of his fingers. Attitude is good and he provided a good ambience in his room. Highly recommended to anyone out there!
