Staff are always so helpful whenever we have issues. Went out of the way to rectify them. One of them is Julie Chan. So patient in addressing all our queries. Another staff worth mentioning is Mr Er Shao Jie. He had to work pass closing time to complete our transactions and so patient in entertaining our queries. Thank you so much for going the extra mile.

I’m a foreigner wanted to open my first bank account in Singapore, I came on Saturday and received a queue ticket at 11.35am, waited for less than 30 mins and had everything settled for another 30 mins, the whole process only took about 1 hour~ Thanks to Mr Hung Qian You at counter 1, the whole process was pleasant and smooth.

Friendly staff and good customer service. Will always have at least two people waiting to clear the queues and assist customers.
