Went to queue at counter service to verify signature. The Service ambassador was very kind to get us a queue number and guide us to the level above for counter service. When I was attended by the lady at the corner counter (did not get her name) she was very friendly and very polite. The staff makes the bank a better place to be in even when I had to wait for 10mins. I did not feel vexed left smiling and laughing at my own mistake. Visited the bank to the lady at the deepest corner counter who attended to me. Thank you.
Kudos to ms fatin . Her sense of urgency and quick solving skills solved my online banking issues. I came here a month ago , told me to wait 5 days for letter. I came in today to follow up and the counter staff unable to solve the issue , ms fatin happened to be there and quickly take over the issue from her colleague. I wanted to switch bank but upon seeing the capabilities ms fatin showed . Ill stay with ocbc. Hope to see more staff like ms fatin. Sense of urgency.
