I’ve been serviced by Cynthia Toong today, she is helpful, patience and knowledgeable in her work. She process good working attitude compared to her peers and ensure my requests are being addressed to. She definitely proven herself to be a valuable asset for the branch.

I went to get the card today and the customer service was super good I went to the service counter on the 6th. They were very patient and answered without any hassle. I successfully got the card in 5 minute good service.

Ms Alhumairah provided quality service! Went there to pay off my loan and she was patient and meticulous with me. Top notch.
