Lunchtime queue wasn’t as bad as I thought! Went in about 12nn and had everything settled within 45 mins. All the staff are super helpful from the moment I stepped in, to getting a ticket number, being attentive so I don’t miss my queue and helping me resolve a tricky issue with my corporate card. Thanks to the team!
Went to this branch during lunch time to reissue my helper’s DBS debit card. Was attended by Nina and Claudia, they are all friendly and professional. Queue was around 15mins, card was done within 30mins, total spent approximately 45mins. Highly recommend to this branch.
Went to the branch on a Saturday to get some cashier’s orders. Fázil and Chloe assisted me almost immediately and I appreciate the stringent check they did to ensure that the withdrawal is indeed by the account holder.
