I wanted to do a fixed deposit and a staff saved me lots of wait time by informing me that I could do it via Ibanking while I was waiting in line. She even helped me do it online on my phone as I was unfamiliar with the steps.

We would like to really appreciate Susan, Nisha, Peh Ling Ping, Haslinda and Misha from Towner DBS branch for all their great customer service and patience. They are really great people helping everyone of us. Thank you so much for all your support and smiles.

Very good experience. Aunties were well versed in their bank information and hard at work. Much appreciated. My bank issues were dealt with within 15 mins. 10/10 will recommend.

On the 16/12/2022 the counter staff Amy Chin attended to my queries & processed my transaction very fast. Despite her busy schedule she greeted me with a warm smile & was very courteous. It makes me feel good & welcome. She also attended another customer before me with the same level of service. Thus I commended her great service. Keep it up.

Good service. When you inform the staff that you are rushing back for work. They will process it as fast as they can.
