It's cheap and delicious by Korean standards. I bought it for 30,000 won and they even gave me a cute shopping cart. Instead of going to Din Tai Fung, buy some bread and go to the observatory.
One of the best Asian bakery chains. Try different ones. The one inside Marina Bay Sand is slightly more expensive.
There was a wide range of food for selection and the prices were reasonable.
