Was at this workshop recently to check my old car. Checking is thorough and no hard sell at all. Very clear on explanation on the defects found and reasonable pricing also. Collected the car after the servicing and repair, and it indeed drives better and smoother. Car wash at the end was great too. Overall, very impressed by their technical experience, clear explanation, prompt response. Will be back.

Very prompt responses and very good service. I came as a difficult customer as I have experienced being scammed at other workshops in sg. The mechanics were patient and explained to me every problem wrong with my car. The prices to fix were reasonable and after fixing they were able to confidently show me what they had replaced and fixed in my car when asked and did not give me attitude. Would highly reccomend to volkswagen owners to come here.

Good service and reasonable price. Willing to give extra advice. Previously did aircon quite a few months ago, still good. Value for what you paid for.
