Wen Jie was very responsive and straight to the point. He responds to your calls and messages on a 24/7 basis but he does not operate 24/7 as there are some resources required for A/C maintanence. Had an urgent leak last night and he provided great advice while we waited for the service the next day. Simple husband and wife team that got the job done for a fraction of the price. Will engage them once again for future aircon issues and general maintenance.
