Have been a loyal customer with DW Aircon for years. My Technician today, Mr Pandi was punctual, managed to service my aircon quick & fast, no time wasted. He was friendly, polite, efficient, professional & definitely know what he was doing. He cleaned up my aircon properly and diligently. Previous technician did not do a proper job. Muthi works very professionally, is very patient and is always willing to share good advises on maintaining the aircons. He always did his work with a smile and always ensure his work is done to our satisfaction. He always maintained the cleanliness throughout the whole process. He is such a Gem and deserved to be recognised by his company on his work etiquette. I am his number one fan and has been requesting for his services since 6 years ago till date. Two thumbs up for Muthi!!
