DW Aircon Servicing Singapore

I had a AC unit which was leaking and contacted DW aircon services. Mr. Richard & Rose were very polite and professional and set an appointment at the earliest available slot. Mr. Dhanapal arrived to check service the AC units at the exact specified time and did a thorough job of cleaning the units and the pipes and explained to me that even though I had the ac units serviced recently, the issue was with the pipes which were not cleaned and were clogged with moss. I am really happy with the service provided and would definitely approach them for my regular AC servicing.

Did a chemical cleaning for 2 aircon units. Job was well done. The 2 technicians, Dhanapal and Murthi, completed the work in less than 3 hours. The customer support is also responsive and patient. Very satisfied with the work.

Pandi was very professional and thorough with the job making sure all my ACs were functioning perfectly. He took the time to ensure all aspects were well cleaned and took extra care to clean up any mess from washing the filters etc.
