Engaged City Cooling to replace my old aircon with a new Mitsubishi Starmex System 3. They were very prompt with their responses on WhatsApp to my queries and I was able to arrange for my replacement within the week. Their technicians, Rana, Man, Hassan and Kamal were prompt and on time for the appointment and gave a good and accurate estimate of the time they needed to complete the installation. They did a professional job fixing everything up and was able to minimise hacking of my existing furnishings. Very happy with the service and professional job. Well done!

Been having City Cooling services for probably 2 years or so already. Reliable and prices are reasonable especially with the quarterly service contract. Recently, Jadab and Win have been servicing our apartment. They came promptly according to scheduled appointment and helped to diagnose potential issues. They cleaned up neatly when done.
