Been with City Cooling for more than a year plus and is happy with their service. Their service technicians (Rex and his colleague) are polite and always pre-alert me when coming and are punctual. They are also very professional in explaining the work to be done and not pushy with their service recommendations. Will highly recommend them to anyone on the hunt for their ac servicing provider.

Very responsive, professional yet affordable. Technicians arrived on time and were well equipped with the tall ladder to reach the high ceiling air con. They did the work fast and professionally. I will call them again for future services.

Was googling around for aircon servicing and come across city cooling. WhatsApp them to arrange for appointment and 2 gentleman came. They came clean the aircon and ask me to remain the aircon on for 5min before turning it off. 30min and everything is done. Good job now my aircon is clean and cooler. Thank you!
