Everything you could have asked for a professional, knowledgeable and friendly aircon servicing guy!!! I didn't know compressor can be washed and should be cleaned. He had to go down to check who’s windows are open and inform every household living below me (whose windows are opened). As I stayed on the highest flood, that's quite a few household to visit. Kevin was also helpful when I told him about my aircon controller issue. And he help to fix it without me asking him to!!! If it's someone else, they will surely ask me to get a new one! I'm lucky that he's someone who loves to dismantle things up, find out what happen and fix it! Prices are more expensive but very value for money due to using his patented technology. Highly recommended.

I had the great pleasure of receiving exceptional pre-service aircon troubleshooting via the phone from Kevin of Astiquer. Even though we ultimately did not engage his service due to a misunderstanding, I have to say Kevin's technical knowledge, professionalism and communication skills were commendable!
