Zero price transparency, property damage, and completely unprofessional. Their own website explicitly advertises an R32 gas top-up for $50-$80. However, I was inexplicably charged $150. They seem to just pluck high prices out of thin air on the spot instead of honoring their published rates. To add insult to injury, the technician actually broke my piping bracket by carelessly stepping on it. I was willing to close one eye to the physical damage at the time, but combined with their condescending attitude and the blatant overcharging, the incompetence is glaring. Given this real-world experience, I am highly skeptical of their online reputation. If you see their massive volume of perfect ratings, don't be surprised if those reviews are bought or artificially gated to hide their actual business practices.
