When I first contacted Ying Hui, she replied to me promptly and listed out her services and ways that my business can benefit from digital marketing. As my business industry is entirely new to her, she does a lot of research on her own instead of asking me questions. All her proposals are done professionally before we set up for a zoom meeting. She's very prompt in her work and even replies me after office hours. I like that she puts herself in my shoes as a business owner as she tries to think of ways to generate sales for my company.
