Our website was down on a weekend due to a server issue, although irrelevant to their engaged scope of work, Nicholas and the team took the effort to check with their personal contact for possible solutions. Appreciate their responsiveness so far; at least a member of the team will step in if another is not available to ensure our query is being managed within their promised deadline.
